Technical
Review Committee (TRC)
The Technical Review Committee meets on the 2nd floor
of the Fiscal Court Building - Fiscal
Court Room.
The Technical Review Committee (TRC) consists
of local government agencies and private agencies that
provide services such as water, sewer, electric, transportation,
fire, police, schools, and planning and zoning.
TRC
meetings allow the applicant, citizens and TRC members
to discuss and comment about the accessibility of necessary
services and to insure that all aspects of development
plans adhere to the zoning and subdivision regulations.
Citizens
in attendance may raise concerns or ask questions about
technical aspects or issues regarding specific developments.
No testimony in favor of or against an application will
be taken by TRC.
No
final decisions are made by the Technical Review Committee.
If
you received notice for the TRC meeting, you will also
receive notice when the applicant applies for Planning
Commission.
