Oldham County Airport Development Survey
 

A brief description of the schedule/survey process is provided below:

Jan 7: 1st batch of surveys were mailed to 300 households; each of these households also received an automated 30-second call telling them about the survey

Jan 8: 2nd batch of surveys were mailed to another 300 households; each of these households also received an automated 30-second call telling them about the survey

Jan 9: 3rd batch of surveys were mailed to another 300 households; each of these households also received an automated 30-second call telling them about the survey

Jan 10: 4th and final batch of surveys were mailed to another 300 households (a total of 1200 households were selected at random to receive the survey); each of these households also received an automated 30-second call telling them about the survey

Jan 12-29: Interviewers in ETC Institute's call center will contact households that received the survey in the mail. Households that indicate they have completed the survey will be thanked. Households that have not completed the survey will be given the option of completing the survey by phone. If they do not want to complete the survey by phone, they will be encouraged to complete the survey in the next few days and return their completed survey by phone. PHONE CALLS WILL CONTINUE UNTIL A TOTAL OF 400 SURVEYS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED. We expect to complete the survey no later than Jan 31.

Following the completion of the survey, ETC Institute will process the data and prepare a final report. We expect the results of the survey to be ready by the end of January.
